Recent Sales on Victor

I have been criticized for telling what houses are listed and sold for on Victor but I found this information invaluable when I appealed my house assessment.  This information should not be private since house assessement in Toronto is Market Based and market data is not readily available.  I found one house that was assessed for $200,000 for less than was paid for it.
